Certified Still & Flourish Facilitator
A future certification pathway for experienced practitioners who want to teach our practices formally. Not open, not accredited, and not accepting applications yet.
- Curriculum, assessment and supervision are still being designed
- Any certification will carry clearly stated scope and limits
- Nothing here implies a regulated or clinical qualification
Rewards framework
Transparent structure, honest about what is still pending
The framework below is launch-ready. We deliberately do not publish a commission percentage we have not committed to — rates and payout timing are confirmed in writing when you are accepted.
Affiliate commission
A percentage commission on eligible referred purchases — courses, memberships, selected events and Academy workshops.
- Single-level referrals only: you earn on your own referrals, never on anyone else's
- Eligible purchases are tracked to your link or code for a defined attribution window
- Refunded, cancelled or self-referred purchases are not eligible
- Reward currency is Canadian dollars (CA$)
Commercial terms pending: Final rate, attribution window and payout schedule are confirmed on acceptance.
Ambassador rewards
A blend of referral rewards and recognition, weighted toward contribution rather than sales volume.

Corporate introductions
Warm introductions to organisations are handled case by case under separately agreed terms.
- No automatic public commission is promised on corporate work
- Scope, fees and any referral arrangement are agreed in writing first
- Introductions are made with the organisation's knowledge and consent
Commercial terms pending: Agreed individually before any introduction is made.
Payment processing is not enabled on this site yet, so no rewards can be issued today. We would rather tell you that plainly than publish numbers we cannot honour.
Ambassador progression
Seed → Bloom → Flourish
Progression follows contribution, not sales volume. Someone who welcomes newcomers patiently for a year belongs at Flourish just as much as someone with a large audience.
Seed
Learning the practice from the inside and finding your voice.
Criteria
- Completed onboarding and read the messaging guide
- An established personal practice, however modest
- Shared Still & Flourish honestly at least a few times
- Agreement to the ethical guidelines on file
Recognition

Bloom
Bringing others with you — conversations, circles and small gatherings.
Criteria
- Sustained, meaningful participation over several months
- Referrals that convert into people who actually practise
- Contribution to community threads, circles or challenges
- Consistent, disclosed and non-pressuring sharing
Recognition
- Expanded perks across courses and events
- Co-hosting opportunities on live sits and challenges
- Priority input on new practice content
Flourish
Holding space for others and helping shape where the movement goes next.
Criteria
- A year or more of steady, values-aligned contribution
- Hosted or co-hosted gatherings, challenges or local practice
- Mentored newer ambassadors generously
- Strong brand alignment and sound judgement in public

- Retreat and premium workshop priority

- First invitation to the future Facilitator certification pathway

How we ask you to share
These standards protect the people who trust you. They are part of the programme agreement, not a suggestion.
Still & Flourish offers mindfulness education and non-clinical emotional support. Nothing you share should be presented as medical treatment, diagnosis or a replacement for professional care. If someone is in crisis, point them to local emergency services and the support listed on our counselling disclaimer page.
- Recommend Still & Flourish only if you have genuinely experienced or reviewed it.
- Disclose the affiliate or ambassador relationship clearly, every time.
- Make no medical, diagnostic, therapeutic or guaranteed-outcome claims.
- No pressure selling, false urgency or manufactured scarcity.
- Respect privacy — never share someone's story, health details or contact information without consent.
- No spam, bought lists, cookie stuffing, brand-bidding or misleading placements.
- Signpost professional or emergency support when someone is struggling, rather than a product.
- This is a single-level programme: you earn from your own referrals only. There is no recruitment chain, no downline, and nothing to buy to join.
- We may pause or end a partnership where these standards are not upheld.
